    Immediate Action Required – Aetna Certification Users

    As we transition to the 2027 certification cycle, critical deadlines are approaching:

    • Access to Aetna Individual Medicare Certification will shut down starting June 19, 2026.
    • You must complete all 2026 certification requirements by June 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
    • Any incomplete 2026 certification will be permanently inaccessible after this deadline.

    Do not delay—failure to complete certification on time will require restarting under 2027 requirements.
